The PlusOne crew regularly attends a tricking/bboying based gymnastic session. The sessions are held every Wednesday from 8.30pm - 10.00pm at Fromeside Gymnastics Club where there is plenty of apparatus to train with. Each session costs £6 with your first session free and is open to boys and girls 13+ at any level of experience. If you become a regular member you will need to buy annual gymnastic insurance which costs around £15. The session is coached by Tom Elliot who is a professional gymnastics coach with a strong interest in bboying and tricking. He has over eight years experience and always makes people feel welcome.
