In 2007 members of the PlusOne crew teamed up with Faction crews (SoReal) and Dance South Gloucestershire creating a project to bring bboying to the young people of South Gloucestershire.

The project included creating a crew made of young people from South
Gloucestershire and helping developing there breaking skills.
The crew consists of 15 boys between the ages of 12 and 19 that train together every week at Turnbery's youth centre in thornbury and despite dancing together for only a short amount of time they look like they have been dancing together for years.

As the project was based around the young people the boys have been involved in every aspect of the work from helping choreograph the routines to giving the crew the name Floorless.

Floorless are currently touring their dance “Spitfire” around the county. The piece was choreographed by Rix, Titch and Gnash of the PlusOne Crew specifically for the Floorless boys and was described by one members of Floorless as “An amazing display of what you can do with breaking.”

The first year of the project finished very successfully and planning has already begun for funding to continue for the project.
